How much does it cost us ?
We have listed our costs in 7 parts:
Direct costs of the product: Materials, supplies and manufacturing steps
Product development: Ideation time, pattern making and prototypes
Logistics: Packaging and transport of materials from our suppliers to our fabricators, then to our workshop
Communication: The website, social networks, advertising and photoshoots
Fixed costs: Rental for product storage, accounting, banking and insurance
VAT: consumption taxes
The margin: The salaries of the executives and employees of the brand

At Syne, the highest percentage is for materials and product making. This gives us the opportunity to create a saddle pad that:

Our collections are all unique in their techniques and fabrics.
The quilting performed on each range varies and therefore requires preparation and execution time specific to each pattern.
Our fabrics come from dormant stock, therefore the rolls often have small yardages. Our saddle pads are therefore found with textiles and colors that are all different from one model to another.
Each product therefore has its own price depending on the stitching and textiles.
